Membership FAQ

  • You will receive one (1) digital card per household membership. You must show your membership card with photo identification for entry.

  • Extra guests can purchase tickets at the office upon arrival. If you have an Individual Membership or higher, your guests receive a $2 discount (valid for up to two uses).

    Remember, you can also add individuals to your membership at any time!

  • We only offer the membership options listed above at this time.

  • You're welcome to add adults to your membership, but named members can't be swapped out for someone else mid-year. You can make any necessary name changes when you renew.

  • Please email info@cedarlakeswoodsandgarden.com with the following details:

    • Member Name (used at registration)

    • Email Address

    • Phone Number

    We will email you a replacement digital membership card. This also applies to members who signed up prior to August 15, 2026, and wish to upgrade from a paper card to a digital version.

    You can also ask us to look it up and resend to you if you stop by our office as well when you visit next.
