Nature Flow is a gentle, beginner-friendly 30-minute standing movement class that blends Yoga and Tai Chi, mindful breathing, and nature connection. Held among the beauty of Cedar Lakes Woods & Gardens, this practice invites you to slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with both yourself and the living world around you. Together we’ll move with intention, awaken the body, calm the mind, and draw inspiration from the trees, water, plants, and fresh air. No yoga experience is needed, and there is no getting up and down from the ground—just comfortable standing movements that can be adapted. Whether you’re visiting the Saturday Market or looking for a peaceful way to begin your weekend, come as you are and leave feeling grounded, refreshed, and more connected to nature. THIS CLASS IS FREE WITH REGULAR GARDEN ADMISSION AND MEMBERS.
